Privacy Policy
Effective as of 12-Nov-2025
Welcome to SophieConnects.com, which is a trade name of Bravy, Inc.!
Bravy, Inc. (“Bravy”, “we”, “us”, and/or “our”) operates the Bravy mobile, phone and web applications, including SophieConnects.com (the “App”), the informational website SophieConnects.com and its mirror SophieConnects.ai (the “Website”), and other related services (collectively, the “Service”). Bravy may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals for specific products or services that we offer at the time we collect personal information.
SophieConnects brings together adults 50+ for AI-curated group activities and real-world friendships. Our virtual assistant, Sophie AI, helps with registration, user verification, and introductions to members who share similar interests, hobbies, or life experiences. Once a group is formed (typically six or more people), Sophie AI coordinates an in-person gathering - such as a shared hobby session, an outing, or group event - so members can meet face-to-face and enjoy time together offline.
For clarity: SophieConnects is not a dating service and not a social media platform. Too many people spend too much time scrolling on their phones. SophieConnects exists to help find like-minded people and join group activities offline, not online.

Keep in mind that users with whom you communicate may, in some cases, be able to save that content or copy it outside of the Service, so do not share content that you would not want another user to save or share.
Survey and promo data, for example, if we ask you to voluntarily take part in surveys we may run for research or development purposes or if we ask you to provide feedback, a testimonial or take part in a promotional or marketing campaign. These types of surveys and promos are voluntary and additional information will be provided at the point that they are offered, as applicable.

Tracking, AI & Other Technologies
Cookies and other tracking technologies. Some of the automatic collection described above is facilitated by the following technologies:
Cookies, which are small text files that websites store on user devices and that allow web servers to record users’ web browsing activities and remember their submissions, preferences, and login status as they navigate a site. Cookies used on our sites include both “session cookies” that are deleted when a session ends, “persistent cookies” that remain longer, “first party” cookies that we place and “third party” cookies that our third-party business partners and service providers place.
Local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.
Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.
Chatbot and other artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, including those provided by AI platform providers such as OpenAI. Our chatbot technologies may employ cookies and software code to operate the chat and user input/prompt features that you can use to communicate and input your prompts and other data through the Service. OpenAI and other third parties may access and use information about your IP address, your general geographic information (e.g., city, state, ZIP code), and other personal information you share through chats or within inputs to facilitate the provision of the Service through our chatbot. We also use the personal information you make available to us in connection with other AI algorithms and machine learning models that we use for personalization (e.g., to assess your personality, traits and compatibility with other members), as well as for safety and security purposes and to prevent abuse or other violations of our terms or applicable laws.
For information concerning choices you may have with respect to the use of tracking technologies, see the your choices section, below.
