Refund Policy

You’re eligible for a full refund if you had purchased and didn’t use your Introduction Package, have been an active user of the platform, and joined consistently the phone introductions arranged by SophieConnects.
Additional circumstances:
You move: If you move to a location where SophieConnects is not live and will not be live in the next six months.
Other limited circumstances: Refunds may be available in other limited circumstances, including a short statutory cancellation period after joining for residents of certain states as set out in the Terms of Use.
When refunds don’t apply:
- You request a refund because your match didn’t connect with you after the phone introduction.
- After purchasing the Introduction Package you have not consistently participated in the phone introductions.
- Other than during any statutory cancellation period (which may apply in your State), simply changing your mind or deciding SophieConnects isn’t for you.
- Having expectations that are unreasonable in terms of the speed or certainty of finding a match.
- Breaching our Terms of Use or engaging in inappropriate behavior on SophieConnects.
